Chanda Crutcher
District Supervisor
Chanda Crutcher serves as the District Supervisor and is focused on the target of more and growing leaders together on mission. The supervisor will champion the recruitment, development and sending of leaders through our missiology and identity.
Chanda Crutcher is the founder of American Senior Assistance Programs, the founder and former associate pastor of the Legacy Center, and former missional pastor at Restoration Foursquare Church (Huntsville Foursquare Church) in Huntsville, Ala. An ordained Foursquare minister and soon-to-be graduate of Life Pacific University (MASL), Chanda is an excellent communicator, dedicated developer of people, and committed servant to Jesus and His church. Her decades of experience in the marketplace and 11 years in ministry forge a compelling perspective for ways to encourage, equip, mobilize and join with others to follow Jesus and His mission. Chanda and Darrell, her husband of nearly 20 years, love doing ministry together with their five children.
Durant Kreider
Associate Supervisor
Durant Kreider serves as an Associate Supervisor with the primary responsibility of the target of more and growing leaders together on mission and works in collaboration, partnership and support of the supervisor through our missiology and identity.
Durant has served in ministry for more than 30 years. With his wife, Boni, he has pastored Coastlands Community Church in Chesapeake, V.A. for the last 19 years. He is passionate about seeing his community transformed in practical ways while sharing the gospel. That commitment plays out in his role as the director for Serve the City Chesapeake and as a board member of Sonshine Children’s Center. Durant graduated from Elim Bible College and later earned a master’s degree in practical theology from Regent University. Durant enjoys restoring old cars and playing racquetball with friends. Durant and Boni have been married for 30 years and love family adventures with their eight children.
Jake Cordell
Associate Supervisor
Jake Cordell serves as an associate supervisor with the primary responsibility of the target of more and growing leaders together on mission and works in collaboration, partnership and support of the supervisor through our missiology and identity.
An ordained minister, Jake has served with his wife, Lindsay, as lead pastors of theBridge Community Church (Charles Town Foursquare) in Ranson, W.V., for the last eight years. He has served on the Foursquare cabinet twice and is currently the president of Jefferson County Community Ministries. Jake is a chaplain with Chick-Fil-A and is on the board of directors for Eastern Panhandle Preparatory Academy. He was educated at Life Pacific University. The Cordells have been married for more than 20 years and have four children. Jake enjoys playing basketball and pickleball.
Gil Dirmann
Associate Supervisor
Gil Dirmann serves as an Associate Supervisor with the primary responsibility of the target of more and growing leaders together on mission and works in collaboration, partnership and support of the supervisor through our missiology and identity.
Gil has been a Foursquare pastor since 1990 and has served a variety of pastoral roles. He has been the senior pastor of Lakeshore Christian Fellowship (Fort Mill Foursquare Church), a multisite church serving the Tega Cay, S.C., area, since 2003. Prior to that, Gil was the Vice President of Advancement at Life Pacific University, and he also served as their Chief Student Affairs Officer and Dean of Students. He has also held leadership roles in The Foursquare Church, such as Regional Superintendent of Carolina South and stints on various committees, including ethics, district advisory, licensing and executive council. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Life Bible College (now Life Pacific University). Gil and his wife, Debbie, have been married since 1986 and have three children and five grandchildren.
Lisa Scott
District Administrator
Lisa Scott focuses on implementing and exercising administrative processes that simplify administration and maximize ministry for the district. She also is part of the development team for district pastors and leaders.
Lisa has served as a District Administrator since 2015. Before that, Lisa served in a local church environment, working in finance, operations and administration. She has been trained as a transformational coach and is certified with Myers Briggs. Most recently, she has received training in Younique and will be part of the team leading these trainings for our district. She lives in West Virginia with her husband, Rick. The Scotts have four adult children and six grandchildren and currently enjoy participating in leadership in a network-based house church.
Ty Austin
NextGen Coordinator
Ty Austin is responsible for supporting the District Supervisor in the overall resourcing and leadership of this district’s local church NextGen ministries.
A North Carolina native, Ty and his wife, Lilia, have a heart for mentoring young people, and both have been involved in pastoring future generations of leaders. Ty also serves as senior pastor of Arise Church in Apex, NC. Before that, he was Senior Pastor in Hagerstown, MD and the executive pastor of The Rock (Anaheim Foursquare Church) in Anaheim, Calif., for 18 years. The Austins have three children.
Ty has his Master’s Degree in Strategic Leadership from Life Pacific University and is an adjunct professor there.
Jeff Lamont
Mission Mobilizer
Jeff Lamont is responsible to serve as a bridge between local churches, districts, shared mission, and global mission to the nations near and far, focusing on recruitment, mobilization and collaboration.
Jeff has a heart and passion for the Great Commission, and he and his wife, Tracy, have led more than 60 short-term missions trips in nearly 40 countries. He has served The Foursquare Church as a divisional superintendent, regional pastor, cabinet and board member and FMI emissary. In 1993 Jeff and Tracy planted New Song Christian Fellowship (Louisville 2 Foursquare Church) in Louisville, Ky., where he serves as senior pastor. He holds a Master of Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and a doctoral degree from Fuller Theological Seminary. The Lamonts enjoy hiking, enjoying nature and spending time with their three children and French bulldog.
Jesse Juarez
Multiethnic Ministry Coordinator
Jesse Juarez is responsible for the identification, recruitment and development of the immigrant and non-majority culture churches and leaders within a district’s geography.
Jesse is a native of Northern California and from a second-generation Mexican-American family. Her upbringing instilled a profound appreciation for her Hispanic culture, a robust set of values, and a heart for all people.
Jesse’s academic journey has been marked by a thirst for knowledge and a commitment to equipping herself for effective leadership. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Life Pacific University and holds a Master of Arts in Human Services, specializing in Crisis and Trauma Counseling from Regent University.
As a licensed ordained Foursquare minister, Jesse’s spiritual calling has driven her to serve and lead with unwavering integrity. Jesse has been serving in various urban cities on the East Coast since 2019, allowing her to connect with diverse communities and understand the nuances of different cultures, people groups, and languages. Jesse is a true bridge-builder, transcending boundaries and bringing people together through kingdom partnerships.
Recently making Brooklyn, New York, her home, Jesse attends Hope Brooklyn Foursquare Church, where she continues to live out her love for the local church. In her free time, Jesse finds joy in delving into the vibrant array of cultures that New York has to offer. She explores the city’s bustling streets and seeks to understand the world from different cultural perspectives, one adventure at a time.
Cheri Melton
Administrative Support
Cheri Melton focuses on the implementation and exercise of administrative processes that maximize ministry, serves as the first impression of the district office and helps the district staff provide the best care possible for our district pastors and churches.
Cheri has served in full-time ministry with her husband, Brad, for 25 years in Kansas, Missouri, Colorado and Georgia. Brad has served as senior pastor of (Columbus Foursquare Church) in Columbus, Ga., since 2004, and Cheri has served in many leadership roles there including in worship and children’s ministry. She loves reading, editing and participating in worship. Originally from California, Cheri holds a degree from Life Pacific University (formerly LIFE Bible College). The Meltons have five daughters.
Melanie Wood
Administrative Support
Melanie Wood proactively supports the district team in administrative processes and will serve within the district in a peer workgroup for the purposes of discovery, collaboration and growth.
Melanie previously served the Mid-Atlantic District as an administrative assistant and has served in youth ministries and in event coordination for Harbourtown Community (Vermilion Foursquare Church) in Vermilion, Ohio. Her background is in hospitality management and marketing, and she earned a bachelor’s degree from Ashland University. Melanie and her husband, Dylon, have two children and enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors and participating in missions.
Keyera Harris
Communications + Events Coordinator
Keyera Harris supports the district in partnership with the Communications Team by leading, developing and facilitating all district communications as well as planning and managing events of varying sizes and purposes.
Keyera runs a branding and marketing agency, and holds a degree in advertising and promotions from Western Michigan University. As attendees of Restoration Church (Huntsville Foursquare Church) in Madison, Ala., Keyera and her husband, Marcus, recently started leading a weekly life group in their home in order to grow in ministry and discipleship. The Harrises have one daughter, Ember, born in 2022.
