Antonio Sims
District Supervisor
Antonio Sims serves as the District Supervisor and is focused on the target of more and growing leaders together on mission. The supervisor will champion the recruitment, development and sending of leaders through our missiology and identity.
Antonio Sims is the founder and senior pastor of True Worship Church (Ferndale Metro Foursquare Church), which has been serving the community of Detroit, Mich., for over 10 years. An ordained Foursquare minister, Antonio has served as a board member for Foursquare and International Hope Center. His passion is to spark transformation at every level—organizations, cities and hearts. A mentor and coach to church planters, Antonio brings his business acumen—he has an MBA— and ministry focus, along with extensive travel and trials as a Marine with the Marine Corp. Born in Vietnam, Antonio grew up in Detroit. He and his wife, Nina, have six children.
Beth Hackbarth
Associate Supervisor
Beth Hackbarth serves as an Associate Supervisor with the primary responsibility of the target of more and growing leaders together on mission and works in collaboration, partnership and support of the supervisor.
Beth Hackbarth most recently served as co-lead pastor of Sterling Foursquare Church in Sterling, Colo., with her husband of 15 years, Ben. She also served as director of leadership development and communications for the Gateway District. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Life Pacific University and is starting a master’s degree in ministry at Portland Seminary in the fall. Beth is passionate about emboldening people to step out in their faith and launching leaders into their God-given calling. The Hackbarths have three children.
Esperanza Morphis
Associate Supervisor
Esperanza Morphis serves as an Associate Supervisor with the primary responsibility of the target of more and growing leaders together on mission and works in collaboration, partnership and support of the supervisor.
Esperanza, an ordained Foursquare minister, recently worked as an associate pastor of the Chicago Heights Foursquare Church. She currently serves as the President of City Helps CDC, a not-for-profit organization focusing on mental health, at-risk youth, and senior assistance. Esperanza holds a BA in Theology, with a concentration in Family Counseling from Summit College and an MDiv from Indiana Wesleyan Seminary. She is passionate about making disciples, facilitating the holistic development of strong and healthy leaders, and mobilizing them into their respective spheres of influence. Her greatest treasures consist of her husband, two adult children, and three grandsons.
Israel Rodriguez
Administrative Support
Israel Rodriguez proactively supports the district team in administrative processes and will serve within the district in a peer workgroup for the purposes of discovery, collaboration, and growth.
Israel and his wife, Audrey, serve as youth ministers at Triumphant Life (Las Cruces Foursquare Church) in Las Cruces, N.M. A law enforcement officer for the last 8 years, Israel has worked in patrol, special services, as an instructor, public information officer and detective in Internal Affairs. He helped launch Stable Ministries for first responders and authored a book, Common Enemy: The Common Battle for All Public Servants (Trilogy). He also has been a licensed sports official in basketball and wrestling, and enjoys traveling, exercise and sports.
Lauren Rodriguez
Administrative Support
Lauren Rodriguez focuses on the implementation and exercise of administrative processes that maximize ministry, serves as the first impression of the district office and helps the district staff provide the best care possible for our district pastors and churches.
Lauren Rodriguez is a licensed Foursquare minister and a graduate of Life Pacific University who held the administrative support role for Foursquare’s former Heartland District. She and her husband, Josue, serve as campus pastors for New Hope Milan, River City Church’s Milan, Ill., campus. Lauren and Josue have one daughter, Elena.
Diana Vonfeldt
District Administrator
Diana Vonfeldt focuses on the implementation and exercise of administrative processes that simplify administration and maximize ministry for the district.
Diana Vonfeldt served as district administrator for the former Mile High and Gateway Districts of The Foursquare Church and currently serves the Central District. A Colorado native, she has been a member of NorthRock (Thornton Foursquare Church) in Thornton, Colo., since December 1989, and was previously a church treasurer and administrator. Diana and her husband, Dennis, have four children, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Rachel VanProyen
Communications + Events Coordinator
Rachel VanProyen supports the district in partnership with the Communications Team by leading, developing and facilitating all district communications as well as planning and managing events of varying sizes and purposes.
Rachel most recently served as an assisting pastor at Lifehouse Church in San Antonio, TX overseeing communications and administration. She holds a bachelor degree in Biblical Studies from Life Pacific University and is an ordained Foursquare minister. Rachel is passionate about helping young leaders discover their God-given giftings and creating spaces for people to connect with Jesus.
Peter Henderson
Mission Mobilizer
Peter Henderson is responsible to serve as a bridge between local churches, districts, shared mission, and global mission to the nations near and far, focusing on recruitment, mobilization and collaboration.
Peter Henderson has served as the senior pastor at Living Way Fellowship (Littleton Foursquare Church) in Highlands Ranch, Colo., since January 2010. Peter is passionate about disciple-making movements and formerly served as director of church transformation + pastoral care and mission representative for the Gateway District of The Foursquare Church. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Life Pacific University. Peter and his wife, Jill, have been married since 2014 and have two daughters.
Andy Millar
Multiethnic Ministry Coordinator
Andy Millar is responsible for the identification, recruitment and development of the immigrant and non-majority culture churches and leaders within a district’s geography.
Andy Millar was born to missionary parents and grew up in Ethiopia. He and his wife, Donna, planted Light of the Nations (Denver Foursquare Church), a multiethnic church in Denver, CO, where Andy serves as senior pastor. Prior to that, he completed a Master of Divinity from The King’s Seminary and served a Foursquare church in Littleton, Colo., for 20 years.
Tami Jones
NextGen Coordinator
Tami Jones is responsible for supporting the District Supervisor in partnership with the National Nextgen Coordinator, in the overall resourcing and leadership of this district’s local church NextGen ministries.
Tami Jones has served in NextGen ministry for more than 30 years. In addition to serving the former Gateway District of The Foursquare Church, Tami also was the executive NextGen and resource pastor at The Rock (Scottsbluff Central Foursquare Church) in Scottsbluff, Neb., for 10 years. She and her husband, David, have been married for 28 years and have three children.
